This year, in light of COVID, the American Diabetes Association and JDRF are hosting online, virtual walks. We haven't stopped diabetes, so we can't stop fundraising to find a cure! We've registered for our walks. Now what? You should still get out and walk, jog, or run the day of the event. Use the upcoming walk as motivation to train. Get out every day and build up your stamina until you can walk, jog, or run for at least 30 minutes (check with your doctor if needed).
