Record your data "old school" in a paper journal for one week and it will change how you manage your diabetes! Whether you already track your blood sugars with an app or if you have never kept a health journal, we promise you can do this for one week. Write down everything you eat and drink, all your exercise, when and how much, all your medications and insulin and your blood sugars, and check as often as you can. You will learn so much from reviewing the data, and then show your doctor too!
