Healthy Eating Habits for Working From Home

Many of us are working from home for the first time. We know from experience, that it can be tempting to snack more or overindulge when in the comfort of home (and PJs). So, we set some hard rules about food and work. From scheduling meals/snacks, to keeping food-free zones.
