Back to Basics: Carb Tracking with a Food Journal

Lately, our carb intake has gotten a little out of hand. Maybe those portions sizes are creeping up, maybe an extra snack (or two) are sneaking in. So, this week we're going to see if we really are sticking to the doctor's recommendation for target carb intake -- for meals and snacks. We're keeping food journals. We're going to write down everything we eat and approximately how many carbs are in each food. At the end of the week, we'll add up our daily averages, and see what needs to change! Give it a try!
